How long does it take to receive the kit?
We prepare kits after reviewing each request and email you tracking as soon as it ships. Delivery time depends on your location.
Can you help me design my box?
Yes, and it's free. Once you've picked your style and finishes from the kit, send us your logo and ideas — our team will help with the layout and send a digital proof before production.
Will the samples have my logo?
The free kit contains our stock samples. If you want a box with your own size and artwork, request a custom prototype.
Do you ship sample kits outside the United States?
