Information collected automatically
When you send a form, we record your IP address and the date and time of the request. We use this to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

If you send us a quote request or contact form, this browsing history is linked to the details you give us so our team can help you better. This information stays on our own servers, is not sold or shared with advertisers, and is deleted after 90 days. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record your visit. You can also clear your browser's site data at any time, or contact us to ask for your information to be deleted.
How long we keep your information
We keep quote requests, messages and order details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Artwork files are kept so we can handle reorders and production questions. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
How we protect your information
Our website uses a secure HTTPS connection. Files you upload are stored in a private area of our server that is not publicly accessible, and our admin area is protected by a login. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
