We prefer print-ready PDF, AI or EPS files with fonts outlined. We also accept SVG, PNG and JPG for logos and reference images, and ZIP files for multiple files.

Yes. Our team checks every file and sends you a digital proof to approve before production starts.

Yes — design support is free. Send us your logo and ideas, and our team will help with layout, foil, embossing and print areas, and prepare a digital proof for you to approve.

Yes. You can print outside only, inside only, or both inside and outside for a stronger unboxing moment.

Rigid boxes are made from thick greyboard (chipboard) wrapped in printed or coloured paper, then finished with lamination and details like foil or embossing. Learn more on our materials & finishes page.

Yes — we ship worldwide with free standard shipping. We cover all import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges; if a carrier asks you to pay any of them, send us the receipt and we'll reimburse you. See our shipping page.

Most rigid boxes are shipped fully assembled to protect their shape. Collapsible rigid boxes ship flat to save space and shipping cost.
